We are so excited after having our food retailed inside the Nelson Atkins Museum coffee shop, Quay Coffee in the River Market, and Thou Mayest in the Crossroads we finally have a place to call home. Please be patient with us as we open and meet the new demands of our customers, clients, and new customers. We plan to phase or menu starting with a soft opening menu until we build capital to really wow the city with some of our private clients culinary favorites. We use only the freshest quality ingredients. We look forward to creating for you. Soon we will also have some of our favorite local holistic vendors in our restaurant to include Ms. Nadines All Plant Based Nutrition fresh pressed juices, She’s Vegan energy turmeric shots and Gluten-Free Cookies, Kulture Confections KC Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies, Gourmet Mini Cheesecakes, Homemade pints of Vegan Icecream and Roho Afiya Seamoss for our fresh fruit energy smoothies and more.
Our new kitchen will be inside Opal & Blues by Chef Jah located at 3202 E. 27th Street Kansas City Missouri 64127 to offer gourmet late night food and early morning breakfast options to include some of our private celeb clients favoriteVegan Cuisine.

Florida and Alabama roots influence Chef G's cooking style and techniques. Chef G. enjoys grilling, seafood, lamb and making his homemade sauces and marinades. You can find Chef G. with a dope playlist of eclectic music while cooking. Chef G brings the fun and excitement to the kitchen. Chef G eats a majority plant based diet while still enjoying other dishes he loves.
KCK Born and raised but culinary training from working and residing in Alabama and Georgia. Chef Becky brings her New Orleans roots to your tastebuds in her food. Specializing in fusion vegan, raw vegan, and plant based options for clients. Chef Becky is currently plant based and enjoys creating innovative and creative dishes that make your taste buds dance.
